In your Bed, right!
Right after you Wake Up
We are now comfortably
sitting in our bed in a semi lotus posture (Sukhasana or Ardhpadmasana). It’s
taken for granted that your bed is hard enough to support you well. Take deep
breath slowly in and exhale it out even more slowly. Always think about what
you are doing and analyse and understand each happenings. Do this
conscientiously nine times (Pranayama). This is the beginning of Easy YOGA.
After that do the Trunk Sway.
