SERPENTINE SWAY
SERPENTINE SWAY:
As its name indicates this involves moving your
upper portion of your body in a movement similar to the movement of a snake. Sitting
in the same position in your bed take three deep belly breaths. Take your head
and neck backwards. Look up and inhale. Exhaling bring the head neck and trunk down.
Now your eyes directly above the bed and facing the bed. Take a deep breath in
this position and exhaling take it to the left, inhale and exhaling take it to
the middle, inhale and exhaling take to the right. Repeat this motion to the
left and right in way the snake moves on the ground. This improves digestion,
tones up the whole stomach, tones up the liver and other visceral organs. Improves
bodily posture and shape.
