TRUNK SWAY:
You have taken deep
belly breathing nine times. Now think of your whole trunk. Just take it to the
right side in swaying movements. Do it towards the left and right continuously
three times. You must take care of the flexibility of your body, the responses
from your body and the way you feel after doing it each day. Trunk Sway
improves relaxes the whole vessels and veins. Improves muscular tone, perfects
bodily postures, corrects skeletal structure, and physical flexibility. It relaxes
mind too.
