TRUNK SWIRL:

 

TRUNK SWIRL is very useful in relaxing your body and mind in the morning and for keeping it relaxed throughout the day. Sitting in the same posture in the same position of Trunk Sway swirl your whole body. Take it as backward as possible and rotate it in a circular motion, bend forward, lower your head to the bed and go back again in the circular motion. Repeat this three times. Relax and take three deep breaths (belly breathing). Perfect body posture, improved circulation, skin tone, muscular tone, skeletal structure, physical manoeuvrability, balanced mind etc. are the benefits of this posture.
